Coronavirus Update 1/4/2021
During these unsettled times, we are hoping that all our Bluebell clients, donors, patrons and trustees remain safe and well.
Thank you for your patience. We hope you are all coping during these unprecedented times.
We have advised our Practitioner they could start initiating contact via Telephone conversation, Zoom, Skype, Teams, Email or any other virtual/ non face to face contact they deem appropriate.
If you feel you need the service, please do not hesitate to contact our Senior Practitioner for help, our Practitioner will do everything in their power to assist you as best they can. Click here to contact them.
For the meantime, we will only be allowing telephone or virtual contact as we are currently in the process of establishing our exciting new venture. A premises has been secured by the Trustees and we have turned it into a cosy, comfortable and confidential space for our clients to come and have face to face consultations with our Practitioner. Once we have sorted logistics, which have been held up significantly due to the pandemic, we will be ready to open as soon as we can.
We have ensured our new space complies with all government guidance regarding Coronavirus. We will also be providing all necessary materials to keep our clients safe, whilst making sure social distancing will be maintained between all clients and our practitioner, and masks will be mandatory wherever possible and appropriate.
If you would like to talk to one of our trustees confidentially, please feel free to message our trustees. Please note that, as of today, we cannot advise when our new premises will be fully up and running, but we are working very hard behind the scenes to prepare it for our clients and practitioners.
Please stay safe everyone!
